Etihad Rail has revealed the official uniforms that will be worn by its passenger-facing teams, offering the public a first glimpse of a key element of the UAE’s national passenger railway network ahead of the launch of passenger services.

The newly unveiled uniforms feature a modern grey and red colour palette and will be worn by onboard hosts, station personnel, and customer service teams across the network. Designed to reflect the company's values of professionalism, safety, hospitality, and modern Emirati identity, the uniforms represent another milestone in preparations for the introduction of passenger rail services across the UAE.

The collection has been carefully developed to balance style, comfort, and functionality, ensuring employees can perform their roles effectively while maintaining a polished and professional appearance. Tailored specifically for the UAE’s climate and the operational requirements of modern rail travel, the uniforms prioritize ease of movement and day-to-day practicality.

Beyond their operational purpose, the uniforms are intended to serve as an extension of the overall passenger experience, representing the employees who will welcome travelers, assist customers, and help shape the culture of rail transportation in the country.

The choice of grey tones is intended to convey confidence, reliability, and calmness, while the red accents draw inspiration from the bold ambition and dynamic energy associated with the Etihad Rail brand and the UAE’s vision for connectivity and progress.

Adhraa Almansoori, Executive Director of Commercial at Etihad Rail Mobility, said the unveiling marks an important step toward the launch of passenger operations.

"The unveiling of our official uniforms marks an important moment in the journey towards the introduction of passenger rail services in the UAE. These uniforms are part of our visual identity, but more importantly they represent the people who will become the face of the Etihad Rail experience for thousands of new rail passengers in the years ahead," she said.

Almansoori added that every aspect of the design was carefully considered to reflect the values at the heart of Etihad Rail’s passenger offering, including safety, professionalism, hospitality, and national pride.

The uniform launch forms part of Etihad Rail’s broader preparations for the rollout of passenger services, which will initially connect key destinations through a phased implementation strategy designed to deliver the highest standards of safety, reliability, and customer experience.

Etihad Rail confirmed that additional announcements regarding passenger services, station facilities, routes, and customer experience initiatives will be made in the coming weeks as the company moves closer to launching a new era of rail travel in the UAE.
