Al-Futtaim Volvo has inaugurated its largest flagship showroom in the UAE on Sheikh Zayed Road, marking a significant milestone in the brand’s expansion strategy and reinforcing its commitment to advancing electric mobility in the region.

Designed to redefine the traditional automotive retail experience, the new facility embodies Volvo’s signature Scandinavian design philosophy, combining natural materials, refined aesthetics, and a customer-centric environment that allows visitors to engage with the brand in a relaxed and immersive setting.

The flagship showroom showcases Volvo’s complete portfolio of vehicles, including premium sedans, SUVs, hybrid models, and fully electric vehicles. Customers can also explore Volvo Selekt, the brand’s certified pre-owned programme, offering carefully inspected vehicles backed by expert aftersales support and maintenance services.

Marco Melani, Managing Director of Al-Futtaim Trading Enterprises, said the opening reflects the company’s long-term commitment to both the UAE market and the future of sustainable transportation.

New Benchmark for Premium Automotive Retail

The new showroom arrives as demand for premium electric vehicles continues to grow across the UAE, driven by increasing consumer interest in sustainability, advanced technology, and high-performance mobility solutions.

Al-Futtaim Volvo said the facility represents more than a retail investment, serving as a strategic platform to enhance customer engagement and support the brand’s broader electrification roadmap.

Volvo ES90 Makes Regional Debut

A key highlight of the showroom is the introduction of the all-new Volvo ES90, one of the first fully electric premium sedans to be showcased in the region.

Built on Volvo’s next-generation electric vehicle architecture, the ES90 offers a driving range of up to 620 kilometres (WLTP) and features advanced technologies designed to enhance comfort, connectivity, and safety.

The vehicle includes 800V charging technology, enabling ultra-fast charging from 10% to 80% in approximately 20 to 22 minutes, significantly reducing charging times and improving convenience for long-distance travel.
