Modon has announced the complete sell-out of the final phase of Bashayer, its premium waterfront residential community on Hudayriyat Island, within just one day of launch, generating approximately AED 1.25 billion in sales.

The latest phase saw all 300 residences sold, underscoring strong demand for waterfront homes in Abu Dhabi. According to Modon, 71% of buyers were new customers, highlighting the project's broad appeal among homebuyers and investors.
