Azizi Developments launches Center of Excellence to strengthen UAE real estate brokerage sector
Azizi Developments, one of the UAE's leading private real estate developers, has launched the Azizi Center of Excellence, a new brokerage academy aimed at enhancing professional development and promoting knowledge sharing across the country's real estate brokerage sector.
The new academy will offer a series of specialized training workshops covering key areas including construction, engineering, customer service, sales excellence, and real estate market insights. The sessions will be led by senior executives from Azizi Developments, with participants receiving certification upon successful completion of the programme.
The initiative is open to all real estate brokers across the UAE, providing industry professionals with access to structured learning opportunities designed to enhance expertise and elevate professional standards throughout the brokerage community. The programme is being spearheaded by Sehar Rafiq, Head of Channel Partners at Azizi Developments.
According to the developer, the launch comes at a time of continued growth in Dubai's real estate market, supported by strong investor demand and rising property transaction volumes. Through the Azizi Center of Excellence, the company aims to contribute to a more knowledgeable brokerage ecosystem while promoting transparency, professional expertise, and service excellence across the industry.
The first training sessions at the Azizi Center of Excellence are scheduled to begin on July 9, 2026, at the Azizi Sales Center in Dubai.
