Azizi Developments’ Rêve at Riviera Reaches 79% Construction Completion
Azizi Developments has announced that construction of Rêve, its flagship luxury residential project within the fourth phase of the Riviera waterfront community in Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City), Meydan, has reached 79% overall completion.
The developer said the project continues to make steady progress and remains on track for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026.
Construction Progress Advances Across Key Works
According to Azizi Developments, major construction milestones achieved include:
- Structural works: 100% complete
- Blockwork: 98%
- Internal plastering: 92%
- HVAC systems: 89%
- Tiling: 73%
- Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP): 71%
- Façade works: 69%
- Overall finishes: 66%
- External works: 63%
- Swimming pool construction: 57%
- Elevator installation: 48%
Construction is being carried out by Gardinia Contracting, with approximately 1,100 workers currently deployed across the beachfront development.

Commenting on the progress, Farhad Azizi said the project reflects the company's commitment to quality, precision, and design excellence.
He noted that Rêve, positioned as the most luxurious development within Riviera, continues to advance according to schedule while focusing on delivering long-term value and strengthening Dubai's premium residential market.

Rêve forms part of Riviera, Azizi Developments' award-winning mixed-use community comprising 75 mid- and high-rise buildings with approximately 16,000 residences inspired by the French Mediterranean lifestyle.
