The Authority showcased its digital transformation initiatives in auditing and accountability, demonstrating its commitment to enhancing the efficiency and quality of governance processes for federal entities.

During the event, the UAEAA announced two strategic partnerships with SAP and Core42, while unveiling three innovative technological solutions designed to improve the accuracy, reliability, and transparency of accountability reports, aligning with international best practices.

Haifa Al Shimmari, Head of Corporate Support Sector at UAEAA, emphasized the significance of the Authority’s participation, stating, “Our presence at GITEX GLOBAL reflects our commitment to leveraging the latest technologies to advance financial control and accountability processes across federal entities, bolstering the UAE's global standing in governance.”

Strategic Partnerships

The UAEAA formalized a commercial partnership with SAP, adopting the RISE with SAP platform to manage human resources and financial operations. This partnership will streamline procedures under a unified framework, providing decision-makers with real-time data and analysis to improve operational efficiency.

Additionally, the Authority entered into a strategic collaboration with Core42, part of G42, to join the Sovereign Public Cloud powered by Microsoft Azure. This partnership aims to migrate UAEAA’s cloud systems to Azure, benefiting from its cybersecurity capabilities and integration of AI and machine learning. Innovative Technological Solutions

The UAEAA launched Al Mersad, a pioneering platform that integrates AI in auditing processes. The platform includes an AI-powered Audit Management System, reducing the time and resources required for accountability reporting. It also offers risk assessment tools through data pattern matching and error detection during data uploads.

Another tool, the Smart Uploader, enhances system flexibility by allowing seamless integration of various file formats, managing large data volumes, and ensuring data accuracy. UAEAA also introduced Infosight, a centralized business management platform that provides document management, electronic signatures, data protection, and advanced auditing functionalities.

The UAEAA pavilion attracted considerable interest from government entities and visitors, highlighting the Authority's leadership in regulatory innovations and its ongoing efforts to promote e-governance and transparency.
