Nord Lifestyle Development Unveils AED 500 Million HENGE Residences on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi

In a bold move that merges Italian design excellence with bespoke urban living, Nord Lifestyle Development, a luxury real estate developer under Goldfield Holding, has officially launched HENGE Residences on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi. The AED 500 million project introduces the first branded residences by acclaimed Italian design house HENGE in the UAE capital.

Strategically located in Saadiyat’s Marina District, just 20 minutes from downtown Abu Dhabi and near NYU Abu Dhabi and the Cultural District, the development is set to redefine luxury living with its artisanal, design-forward approach.

Craftsmanship-Driven Living

HENGE Residences presents a limited collection of 166 premium units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments and two duplexes, across a build-up area of over 400,000 sqft. Prices start at AED 1.1 million for studios, with sales now open through Nord’s official channels and trusted brokerage partners. Completion is slated for Q1 2028.

Each residence features interiors exclusively curated by HENGE’s Italian artisans, seamlessly blending high-end materials such as natural marble, sintered stone, and wood into refined living spaces enhanced by smart home automation.

Lifestyle Amenities That Reflect Intentional Living

Designed to foster wellbeing and community, HENGE Residences includes a full suite of lifestyle amenities:

  • Padel court and health club with sauna and steam rooms

  • Temperature-controlled swimming pool and children’s pool

  • Indoor and outdoor play areas

  • 24/7 security and concierge services

Vision for the Future

Commenting on the launch, Maher Rahabi, CEO of Nord Lifestyle Development, said:

“Saadiyat Island is Abu Dhabi’s cultural heartbeat, and our partnership with HENGE allows us to introduce a living experience that mirrors the island’s vibrancy and global outlook. This marks a significant milestone in our journey to bring soulful, design-led communities to life.”

Rahabi emphasized Nord’s commitment to purpose-led development, aligned with the Abu Dhabi Economic Vision 2030, adding:

“We don’t mass-produce homes; we craft residences that embody creativity, human-centered design, and lasting value.”

Expanding Pipeline

With a projected revenue of AED 1 billion over the next three years, Nord currently manages AED 342 million in assets across the capital. The company plans to launch three additional projects before the end of 2025, further cementing its role in shaping the emirate’s premium residential landscape.
