Dubai Civil Aviation Authority Partners with Keeta Drones to Enhance Drone Delivery Safety
The Dubai Civil Aviation Authority (DCAA) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Keeta Drones to advance the development of drone delivery operations in Dubai. The partnership aims to establish a safe and secure framework for drone-based delivery, aligning with local and international aviation standards.
The agreement was signed by H.E. Mohammed Abdullah Lengawi, Director General of DCAA, and Dr. Yinian Mao, Chairman of Keeta Drones. The collaboration focuses on three core areas:
- Assessing infrastructure requirements for drone operation zones.
- Reviewing airspace regulations for safe operations.
- Evaluating safety and security measures to ensure effective drone delivery services across Dubai.

H.E. Mohammed Abdullah Lengawi emphasized that the collaboration reflects the DCAA’s dedication to fulfilling Dubai’s leadership vision.
