United Hospitality Management Appoints Guillermo Salvatori as Cluster General Manager for Mövenpick Jumeirah Lakes Towers and voco Bonnington JLT

United Hospitality Management (UHM), a global leader in luxury hospitality, has appointed Guillermo Salvatori as the new Cluster General Manager for Mövenpick Jumeirah Lakes Towers and voco Bonnington JLT. With over 26 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry, Salvatori is set to oversee operations, drive commercial growth, and strengthen the market positioning of both properties.

As Cluster General Manager, Salvatori will lead strategic initiatives to enhance guest experience, operational efficiency, and financial sustainability, aligning with UHM’s long-term growth strategy in the region. His expertise in developing high-performing teams and fostering innovation will play a key role in maintaining the competitive edge of the two Dubai-based hotels.

Salvatori’s extensive background includes leadership roles at Accor Hotels, where he spearheaded pre-opening and business development strategies for Marjan Island Resort & Spa. His previous tenure at Mövenpick Jumeirah Lakes Towers saw the property achieve notable financial and brand success. Additionally, as the founder of El Juglar Mudo, a successful F&B group in Spain, he demonstrated entrepreneurial acumen in launching and scaling high-performing venues. His career spans multiple markets, including the Middle East, Europe, Latin America, and the UK, with leadership experience at Accor, InterContinental Hotels, and DeVere Hotels Group.
