Empowering Emirati Talent in the Creative Sector

His Excellency Mubarak Al Nakhi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Culture, highlighted the importance of nurturing young talents. He stated, "The Ministry is committed to translating the leadership’s vision by investing in young talents, empowering them within the cultural and creative industries, which are vital contributors to the national economy." He emphasized that the program supports the aspirations of Emirati youth, offering them opportunities in the private sector, particularly in arts and culture.

Al Nakhi further explained that the Creative Careers Program allows Emirati talent to contribute to the rapidly expanding creative sector both locally and internationally, noting its role in economic growth and soft power. By collaborating with private sector partners, the Ministry aims to empower Emiratis to innovate and make significant contributions to the labor market, in line with the UAE’s ambition to become a leading global cultural hub.
