Tomorrow World Real Estate Development has appointed Savills, one of the world’s top five commercial real estate advisory firms, as its exclusive cost consultant for all current and future projects in Dubai. The appointment was formalised during a signing ceremony held at Savills’ office in Arenco Tower, Sufouh 2, attended by senior representatives from both organisations. Tomorrow World was represented by Xu Ma, Chairman; Yuan Zhou, Operation Director; and Fiona Fu, Chairman’s Assistant. Savills’ delegation included Stuart Healey, Cost Management Regional Director, and Justin Ng, Cost Management Director.

Through this collaboration, Savills will oversee comprehensive cost management services, ensuring rigorous control across design, specification, and execution stages.
