Savills to showcase global real estate portfolio at Cityscape Global Saudi 2025

Savills Middle East has announced its participation in Cityscape Global Saudi 2025, where the company will present an exclusive selection of premium residential developments from leading international developers. The event, regarded as one of the region’s most influential real estate platforms, gathers investors, developers and industry decision-makers to explore global investment opportunities.

The company’s presence underscores its commitment to connecting Saudi investors with high-value real estate assets across major international markets. According to Savills, the showcase reflects the firm’s heritage of more than 160 years and its ability to offer end-to-end advisory services through its extensive global network.

Ramzi Darwish, Head of Saudi Arabia at Savills Middle East, said the event offers an ideal platform to highlight the company’s international capabilities and present projects tailored to the interests of investors in the Kingdom. He added that Savills’ newly expanded Riyadh office further strengthens its local operations and ability to support clients.

At Cityscape Global Saudi 2025, Savills will unveil a curated portfolio of flagship developments in cities such as London and Dubai—markets that continue to attract strong demand from Gulf investors. The selection includes:

  • Park Modern by Fenton Whelan – A landmark address overlooking Hyde Park in London’s Bayswater district.

  • 100 Kensington by Seven Capital – A refined London development located in one of the city’s most prestigious neighbourhoods.

  • Maison Margiela Residences by Alta Developers – The world’s first Maison Margiela-branded residential project, located on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah.

  • Mr. C Residences by Alta Developers – A sophisticated Italian-inspired residential concept developed by the Cipriani family, situated in Downtown Dubai.

Savills highlighted research indicating that the branded residential segment in the MENA region has expanded by 187%, driven largely by Dubai and Gulf markets. Cities such as Riyadh are evolving rapidly as investment hubs, supported by economic reforms and increased infrastructure spending.

The anticipated introduction of Saudi Arabia’s new real estate law—allowing non-Saudi ownership in designated areas from January 2026—is expected to further boost international interest. Savills aims to guide investors through these upcoming opportunities using its on-ground presence and international expertise.

Visitors at Cityscape Global Saudi 2025 will have the opportunity to engage with Savills’ global advisors and explore the company’s distinguished real estate offerings.

Event details:

  • Location: Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Center, Malham
