The exclusive Iftar features a curated buffet of the 50 most beloved recipes from the hotel’s history, offering guests a blend of traditional Arabic dishes like lamb ouzi and chicken machbous, as well as international favourites. The dessert selection showcases 50 of the finest pastry creations, including kunafa, éclairs, and other gourmet delights.
A standout highlight of the feast is the signature Lamb Roast, slow-cooked over charcoal and infused with 50 aromatic Arabic spices, allowing guests to personalise their experience with a selection of authentic spice blends.
