Neoterra Developments has officially commenced construction of its upscale residential project, ELMORA, at Jumeirah Garden City, marking a significant milestone in the company’s expansion strategy. The developer also announced plans to launch its next residential project in Dubai Production City in the second quarter of 2026.

Strategically located just off Sheikh Zayed Road, the boutique development is positioned minutes away from the Dubai International Financial Centre and the upcoming AED 100 billion DIFC 2.0 expansion, reinforcing its appeal as a prime residential address. The project, with a gross development value (GDV) of approximately AED 130 million, has already seen nearly 80% of its units sold.

Commenting on the milestone, Naresh Perwani stated that the groundbreaking represents more than the start of construction. He highlighted that the project aligns with the company’s long-term vision of delivering boutique, design-led residences in emerging urban districts, guided by its philosophy of “Luxury Done Thoughtfully.”

The development is being delivered in partnership with GRID, which is overseeing design, construction, and go-to-market execution.
