Mo Gawdat to Deliver Keynote at Dubai Real Estate Summit Spotlighting AI and Innovation

Dubai’s rapidly evolving real estate sector is set to take a major step forward in embracing digital transformation, as world-renowned tech visionary Mo Gawdat, former Chief Business Officer at Google [X], headlines the upcoming Game Changers 2.0 summit on May 16 at the Coca-Cola Arena.

Organised by Firas Al Msaddi, CEO of fäm Properties, the event will unite leading developers, real estate professionals, and technology experts to explore how artificial intelligence, big data, and digital tools are reshaping the property landscape. The summit follows a record-breaking year in Dubai’s property market, with AED 528 billion in transactions in 2024 and AED 142.7 billion recorded in Q1 2025 alone.

Gawdat, bestselling author of “Solve for Happy” and “Scary Smart”, will deliver a keynote address on how AI is transforming consumer behavior, investment strategies, and urban development. His presence highlights the increasing convergence of technology and real estate as Dubai positions itself as a global leader in smart city innovation.

“Having a global tech visionary like Mo Gawdat on stage reflects our commitment to stay ahead of the curve,” said Al Msaddi. “This event is about elevating the entire real estate ecosystem by embracing innovation.”

Game Changers 2.0 builds on the success of last year’s inaugural summit and aims to provide actionable insights for real estate professionals, including AI-powered tools, predictive analytics, automated valuations, and digital client targeting.

Dr. Mahmood AlBurai, Senior Director of Real Estate Policies and Innovation at the Dubai Land Department, will join the lineup and open the summit with a session on policy innovation and the city's evolving real estate landscape.

The event’s format will feature interactive panels, live Q&As, and real-world case studies that address pressing questions brokers face today. These will offer clarity on what AI means for their work and how to adapt quickly in a competitive market.

“This isn’t a lecture. It’s a live, spontaneous dialogue,” said Al Msaddi. “Our goal is to empower real estate professionals with the insights and tools they need to lead the market, not just follow it.”

Dubai continues to lead regional efforts in digital transformation, and Game Changers 2.0 is expected to become a cornerstone event for the real estate industry’s next chapter.
