Dubai’s rapidly evolving real estate sector is set to take a major step forward in embracing digital transformation, as world-renowned tech visionary Mo Gawdat, former Chief Business Officer at Google [X], headlines the upcoming Game Changers 2.0 summit on May 16 at the Coca-Cola Arena.

The summit follows a record-breaking year in Dubai’s property market, with AED 528 billion in transactions in 2024 and AED 142.7 billion recorded in Q1 2025 alone.

Gawdat, bestselling author of “Solve for Happy” and “Scary Smart”, will deliver a keynote address on how AI is transforming consumer behavior, investment strategies, and urban development.
