Meydan Free Zone hosted a prestigious gala dinner to introduce two transformative initiatives, Dubai 247 and Grow from Dubai. These initiatives align with the visionary goals of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, and Ruler of Dubai, aiming to revolutionize business operations in the emirate.

Dubai 247: A New Era in Business Accessibility

The highlight of the event was the launch of the Dubai 247 initiative, designed to provide 24x7 access to regulatory services, significantly enhancing the ease of doing business in Dubai. Clients and investors now have round-the-clock physical and digital access to all services at Meydan Free Zone. The operations team is available in the client lobby at all times, offering consultations, conducting transactions, and issuing legal documents, ensuring seamless and timely service delivery.

In his opening remarks, Mohammed Bin Humaidan, Director of Meydan Free Zone, emphasized the importance of free zones in Dubai’s economic development and the realization of the D33 agenda. "Inspired by the visionary leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, our 24x7 service commitment reflects our dedication to fostering a culture of innovation and growth. This initiative empowers businesses to achieve new levels of success, providing the flexibility and resources needed to excel in the global market," stated Bin Humaidan.

He further elaborated, “The Dubai 247 initiative will enhance operational efficiency, nurture a dynamic business ecosystem, attract investments, and solidify Dubai’s position as a premier global business hub.”

Grow from Dubai: Simplifying Business Expansion

Alongside Dubai 247, Meydan Free Zone introduced the "Grow from Dubai" platform, a cutting-edge application designed to simplify the process of establishing and expanding businesses in Dubai. This platform aligns with the ambitious vision set forth by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, offering unparalleled support to entrepreneurs and investors.

The event featured an enlightening panel discussion with esteemed speakers from Meydan partners and key government entities. Panelists included HE Ms. Safeya Al Safi, Acting Assistant Undersecretary Control and Commercial Governance Sector of the Anti-Money Laundering Department at the Ministry of Economy; Mr. Youssef Mohamed, Managing Partner (Middle East & Africa) at Alibaba; Mr. Amit Malhotra, Global Head of Retail Banking at ADIB; and Mr. Shadab Ahmad, Senior Vice President of Logistics at Noon Group. They discussed the vision and facilitation of the "Grow from Dubai" initiative, highlighting its benefits and collaborative efforts driving its success.

The gala concluded with an awards ceremony recognizing Meydan's Channel Partners for their significant contributions to the growth and success of Meydan Free Zone. Three Platinum Channel Partners—Creative Zone, A&A Associates, and InZone Corporate Service Provider—were honored with trophies for their exceptional collaboration and support. Outstanding individuals from each company were also acknowledged: Kunal Tamang from Creative Zone, Abdallah Al Mohamed from A&A Associates, and Sunil Menezes from InZone. Additionally, the Gold Channel Partners award was bestowed upon EBMS and Flyingcolour, recognizing their substantial impact and steadfast partnership.
