Kempinski Group has announced the launch of Kempinski Residences at Masar, Makkah, marking its first branded residences project in Saudi Arabia and a significant milestone in its regional expansion.

Developed by Umm Al Qura for Development & Construction Company, the project will feature 302 serviced residential units within the prestigious Masar destination in Makkah, located near the Masjid al-Haram.

The announcement was formalised during a signing ceremony in Munich, attended by senior executives including Barbara Muckermann and Yasser Abuateek.

The development underscores the growing presence of global hospitality brands in Saudi Arabia, particularly within large-scale urban projects like Masar, which aim to enhance infrastructure and visitor experience in the Holy City.
