 H.E. Ahmad Saeed bin Meshar Al Muhairi, Secretary General of the Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai (SLC), issued a heartfelt statement on the occasion of the Accession Day of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
