ENOC Offers MSc Energy Scholarships to UAE Nationals in Collaboration With Heriot-Watt University

Dubai, UAE; January 18, 2017: Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC) signed a Memorandum of Comprehending (MoU) with Heriot-Watt University in Dubai to use MSc Energy scholarships to UAE Nationals for a message grad program.
