Repton Dubai celebrated the graduation of its Class of 2026 during a ceremony held at Dubai Opera, marking an important milestone for 142 graduating students as they prepare to begin the next stage of their academic and professional journeys.

The event brought together families, school leadership, and distinguished guests representing the UAE’s education, philanthropy, business, government, and community sectors.

The ceremony was attended by Mr Khaled Al Mheiri, Founder and Honorary Chairman of the Repton Family of Schools, alongside senior leaders from Repton Dubai and representatives from Cognita Middle East.

Students graduating through the school’s International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP), A Level, and BTEC pathways were recognized during an evening that highlighted academic achievement, ambition, and community values.

Members of the school’s leadership team present at the ceremony included Michael Bloy, Principal; Annette Drake, Vice Principal and Head of Senior School; and Matthew Whittaker, Assistant Headteacher and Head of Sixth Form, together with senior representatives from Cognita Middle East.

The Class of 2026 achieved a significant academic milestone by collectively securing more than 110 offers from universities ranked among the QS World Top 100.

Alongside traditional university pathways, several graduates will pursue gap years and military service, reflecting the diverse ambitions and future plans of the cohort.

Speaking during the ceremony, Michael Bloy, Principal of Repton Dubai, congratulated students for demonstrating resilience, perseverance, and character while embracing opportunities throughout their education.

Matthew Whittaker, Assistant Headteacher and Head of Sixth Form, highlighted the cohort’s maturity, ambition, and willingness to support one another both academically and beyond the classroom.

The graduation ceremony also featured a keynote address by Dr Zaki Rakib, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board at BioHarvest Sciences, along with reflections and speeches delivered by student leaders.

Representing the graduating class, Mira Binlahij Al Falasi, Year 13 student and Head of Repton Dubai’s Emirati Council, reflected on her final year as an opportunity marked by growth, leadership, friendships, and memorable experiences while preparing for the next chapter ahead.
