His Excellency Hamad Obaid Al Mansoori, Director General of Dubai Digital, praised the pivotal role of Emirati women in shaping the future of the UAE, highlighting their contributions as a global model of excellence and leadership.

In a statement marking Emirati Women’s Day 2025, Al Mansoori emphasized that the achievements of Emirati women are a direct result of the continuous support of the nation’s wise leadership and the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, “Mother of the Emirates.” He noted that women have consistently demonstrated their ability to assume top leadership roles and strengthen the UAE’s standing on the global stage.

This year’s theme, “Hand in Hand, Celebrating the 50th,” aligns with the declaration of 2025 as the “Year of the Community” by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE. Al Mansoori underscored that the theme reflects the collaborative spirit that defines the UAE’s model of women’s empowerment, ensuring women remain key partners in national construction and development.

Highlighting the digital transformation journey, Al Mansoori stressed the vital role of Emirati women in embracing advanced technologies and leading innovation. “In Digital Dubai, we see daily how our female colleagues, working alongside their male counterparts, demonstrate remarkable efficiency, foresight, and dedication in driving the UAE’s digital future,” he said.

Al Mansoori concluded by affirming that investing in women’s capabilities is an investment in the nation’s renaissance and prosperity, reinforcing the UAE’s commitment to women as essential contributors to its humanitarian and civilizational mission.
