Dubai Culture and Arts Authority has achieved a global milestone by being awarded the ISO 11367:2025 certification for Service Excellence, becoming the first cultural entity worldwide to receive the prestigious recognition.

The certification, issued by the International Organization for Standardization, highlights Dubai Culture’s commitment to delivering world-class government services and reinforces its vision of positioning Dubai as a leading global hub for culture, creativity, and talent.

The recognition follows a comprehensive audit conducted by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance, which assessed the Authority’s service frameworks, operational efficiency, and customer-centric initiatives. The achievement reflects Dubai Culture’s continuous efforts to enhance the government services ecosystem while adopting innovative solutions to improve service design and delivery.

Mansoor Lootah, CEO of the Corporate Enablement Sector and Chief AI Officer at Dubai Culture, said the certification underscores the Authority’s focus on elevating service standards and fostering a positive, innovation-driven work environment. He noted that these efforts contribute to higher satisfaction levels among community members, creatives, artists, and stakeholders engaging with Dubai Culture’s initiatives and facilities.
