DGHR Signs MoU with SHL to Launch Talent Intelligence Training Program for 100 HR Professionals within Dubai Government
The Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SHL to enhance the capabilities of Human Resources professionals within Dubai Government. This initiative aims to equip HR specialists with essential skills for effective talent management, aligning with international best practices.
The collaboration is part of DGHR’s ongoing efforts to elevate talent management methodologies, ensuring government professionals are prepared to navigate future challenges. The initiative supports the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, reinforcing Dubai’s position as a global hub for innovation and a sustainable economy.
