Deyaar Hands Over 1,436 Units Across Three Major Dubai Developments
Deyaar Development PJSC has announced the handover of 1,436 units across three major projects in Dubai, marking a significant milestone in the company’s development journey.
The projects—spanning residential and hospitality segments—are strategically located in key areas across the emirate, reinforcing Deyaar’s contribution to the UAE’s growing real estate sector and aligning with the long-term vision of the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan.
Among the developments is Regalia, a 913-unit luxury residential tower in Business Bay, offering a mix of studios, one- to three-bedroom apartments, duplexes, penthouses, and retail spaces. Jannat, comprising 362 units, represents the final district of Deyaar’s Midtown community in Dubai Production City and includes a range of residential units alongside retail outlets.
The third project, Talia Residences in Al Furjan, features 161 fully furnished hotel apartments, along with retail spaces operated by Millennium Hotels & Resorts, further expanding Deyaar’s footprint in the hospitality segment.
Saeed Mohammed Al Qatami said the handover reflects the company’s commitment to delivering thoughtfully designed, human-centric developments that contribute to Dubai’s evolving urban landscape. He also extended congratulations to homeowners and investors, while acknowledging the support of government entities, partners, and project teams.
With over two decades of experience, Deyaar has delivered more than 23 million square feet of real estate across the UAE, spanning residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. The latest milestone underscores its continued focus on timely delivery, quality design, and community-oriented developments.
The company remains committed to shaping modern living spaces that enhance quality of life while supporting Dubai’s long-term urban growth and its reputation as a global real estate hub.
