Dar Global, the London-listed luxury international real estate developer, has announced the launch of ‘The Astera, Interiors by Aston Martin,’ an exquisite beachfront residential development on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. This marks Aston Martin's first real estate collaboration in the Middle East, bringing its renowned ultra-luxury interior design to the region.

The project, with a Gross Development Value of 900 million UAE Dirhams (approximately £200 million), will feature Aston Martin’s signature blend of sophisticated design and high-performance craftsmanship. The development will comprise expansive one, two, and three-bedroom apartments as well as three-bedroom villas, offering a secluded private beach and world-class amenities including an infinity pool, indoor cinema, fitness centre, children’s play area, spa, yoga lawn, and a multipurpose hall.

Set to be completed by December 2028, The Astera will be positioned near the anticipated Wynn Resort, promising an unrivalled lifestyle experience for residents. The waterfront property aims to become a new landmark on the Arabian Sea, blending British ingenuity with cutting-edge materials and meticulous artistry.
