BigBear.ai, Easy Lease and Vigilix sign MOU to advance Pahang Aerospace City, Southeast Asia’s first AI-driven aerospace hub

McLean, Va., — BigBear.ai (NYSE: BBAI), a leading provider of mission-ready artificial intelligence solutions for national security, has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Pahang Aerospace City Development Berhad (PAC) and its regional partners, Easy Lease and Vigilix Technology Investment LLC. The agreement was formalized at the Dubai Airshow with the aim of accelerating advanced technology integration across Pahang Aerospace City.

Pahang Aerospace City is a flagship national transit hub designed to support air, land and sea passenger travel for the Pahang State Government in Malaysia. The ambitious development is expected to attract substantial domestic and international investment, strengthening Malaysia’s aerospace ecosystem while laying the groundwork for Southeast Asia’s first international spaceport.

Through the partnership, BigBear.ai and its collaborators will focus on deploying AI-driven border and security operations, enhancing regional and international safety capabilities.
