Azizi Developments Unveils 725m Burj Azizi, Set to Become World’s Second-Tallest Tower
Azizi Developments has announced the height of Burj Azizi, a 725-meter skyscraper set to be the world’s second-tallest tower, located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. The 131-storey tower, which is slated to launch for sales in February 2025 and complete by 2028, will feature a seven-star hotel, residences, and a range of luxury amenities.
Burj Azizi will house exclusive penthouses, apartments, and holiday homes, along with wellness centers, swimming pools, gyms, cinemas, and resident lounges. The only freehold property on Sheikh Zayed Road, it will also feature a vertical retail center, a beach club, a luxury ballroom, and world-record attractions, including the highest hotel lobby on level 11, the highest nightclub on level 126, and the highest observation deck on level 130.
Mr. Mirwais Azizi, Founder & Chairman of Azizi Developments, emphasized the AED 6 billion project’s significance, highlighting its contribution to transforming Sheikh Zayed Road and enhancing Dubai’s skyline. He noted that Burj Azizi will offer ultra-luxury residences, a vertical mall, and unique cultural experiences with its seven-star hotel, designed to celebrate the world’s major cultures.
Expressing gratitude to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum for the support from Dubai authorities, Azizi emphasized that the project is more than a financial investment. "My vision for Burj Azizi is to create a lasting legacy, a monumental achievement in engineering, and a tribute to Dubai as a premier global destination for residents and visitors."
