Azizi Developments, one of the UAE’s leading private developers, has announced a strategic partnership with Sika AG, a globally recognized Swiss company specializing in advanced waterproofing materials. This collaboration will see Sika's innovative solutions applied across several of Azizi’s flagship projects, including Venice, Riviera, Creek Views III, Grand, and Central.

Founded in Switzerland over a century ago, Sika AG is renowned for its sustainable, high-performance waterproofing technologies. The company’s solutions are used worldwide in both residential and commercial developments, providing long-lasting durability and energy efficiency.

Tizian H.G. Raab, Head of PR & Communications at Azizi Developments, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership: “We are thrilled to collaborate with Sika AG, a pioneer in waterproofing and construction innovations. By integrating their superior products into our projects, we reaffirm our commitment to delivering high-quality, safe, and durable homes and commercial spaces.”

Azizi Venice, one of the projects benefiting from this partnership, is set to be a luxury development featuring over 36,000 residential units and 109 ultra-luxury mansions. Centered around a crystal-clear lagoon and complemented by sandy beaches, the project will offer a wide range of amenities, including cycling tracks, yoga facilities, and a cultural district featuring an opera house, theatre, and exhibition hall.

Additionally, Azizi Riviera will offer a French-Mediterranean-inspired waterfront lifestyle, with 75 buildings and a 2.7 km-long swimmable crystal lagoon. The development will provide a unique blend of retail, leisure, and green spaces, contributing to Dubai's growing reputation as a hub for luxury living.

Azizi Developments continues to focus on innovative construction practices and long-term partnerships, ensuring that its projects meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
