UAE-based education technology leader Alef Education has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with TMRW Edtech to explore a strategic collaboration focused on transforming the future of AI-powered education across the GCC and MENA region.

The agreement was signed during the Education World Forum in London and aims to combine Alef Education’s expertise in AI-driven learning solutions with TMRW Edtech’s advanced school management and ERP systems. Together, the companies will work toward creating an integrated digital ecosystem designed to enhance learning experiences, streamline institutional operations, and support digital transformation in education.

The collaboration will leverage Microsoft cloud and AI technologies, including Azure, Dynamics 365, and Copilot, to develop a Microsoft-native education platform tailored to the evolving needs of schools, governments, and large educational institutions across the region.

Geoffrey Alphonso, CEO of Alef Education, said the partnership represents a significant step toward shaping the future of education through innovation and AI-driven transformation.

As part of the agreement, both companies will also explore joint go-to-market opportunities, particularly within government-led and large institutional education segments throughout the GCC and wider MENA region.
