Abu Dhabi Infrastructure Summit Expands Partner Coalition to Advance Emirate’s US$57 Billion Development Agenda

Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Centre has announced an expanded coalition of strategic partners for the upcoming Abu Dhabi Infrastructure Summit 2026, reinforcing the emirate’s commitment to delivering large-scale infrastructure and urban development projects.

The summit, scheduled to take place from May 12 to 14 at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, will bring together leading developers, government entities, investors, contractors, and infrastructure specialists under the theme “The Urban Evolution: Rethinking Cities, Redefining How We Live.”

Major organisations supporting the event include Modon, Aldar Properties, Bloom Holding, Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, Abu Dhabi Investment Office, LEAD Development, Reportage Group, and Etihad Rail.

The growing alliance reflects increasing confidence in Abu Dhabi’s long-term infrastructure strategy, valued at approximately US$57 billion, and highlights the emirate’s position as a stable and investment-friendly market amid global economic shifts.

H.E. Eng. Maysarah Mahmoud Salim Eid, Director General of ADPIC, said the summit will serve as a platform where policy, capital, and expertise converge to shape the future of urban development in Abu Dhabi.

Returning as the headline partner for the second consecutive year, Modon will showcase its integrated portfolio spanning real estate, hospitality, infrastructure, tourism, and investment management. The company said the summit supports its vision of developing sustainable and future-ready communities.

Aldar Properties and Bloom Holding have joined as lead partners. Aldar plans to highlight the use of AI, digital tools, and smart construction technologies across its projects, including Fahid Island, described as Abu Dhabi’s first coastal wellness destination and the world’s first Fitwel-certified island masterplan.

Meanwhile, Bloom Holding will present its integrated residential developments, including Bloom Living in Zayed City and the Al Metlaa villa community in Al Ain, developed in partnership with Abu Dhabi Housing Authority and ADPIC.

The summit will also feature participation from strategic partners including Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, which will showcase its fully integrated digital housing services platform and ongoing housing developments comprising more than 25,000 residential units across the emirate.

Abu Dhabi Investment Office will highlight opportunities available through Abu Dhabi’s public-private partnership framework, while LEAD Development plans to present Jubail Island as a model for sustainable master-planned communities.

As Mobility Partner, Etihad Rail will underscore the importance of integrated transport infrastructure in shaping the emirate’s urban future.

The event is expected to attract more than 7,000 participants and will include conference sessions, exhibitions, and networking opportunities focused on infrastructure delivery, urban mobility, sustainability, project financing, and digital transformation in construction.
