The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has forecast continued rainfall across the UAE this week, with fresh showers expected to intensify from Thursday night into Friday.

Rainfall of varying intensity is expected to continue through Tuesday and Wednesday, with intermittent showers affecting different parts of the country during the day and evening. Conditions are likely to gradually improve overnight before the next system develops.

New wave of rain from Thursday night

Cloud activity is expected to remain relatively light during Thursday daytime. However, a new wave of rainfall is forecast to begin at night over western areas, particularly Al Dhafra Region, before spreading to coastal, northern, and eastern areas.

The system is expected to extend into Al Ain and continue into Friday morning.

Showers are expected to continue into Friday across multiple regions, including northern, eastern, and coastal areas, with varying intensity throughout the day.
