Three60 Communities, a subsidiary of Eltizam Asset Management Group and one of the best provider of class and innovative community management services in the UAE and Oman, has earned an Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) accreditation, making it one of the two organisations in the Middle East and beyond the United States to obtain the great certification from the prestigious Community Associations Institute (CAI).

Alan Rowlands, General Manager, Three60 Communities, stated: The AAMC accreditation will hold Three60 way ahead of its competitors in the region. This achievement illustrates Three60s dedication to surpassing expectations, as evidenced by its ongoing efforts to reach industry standards at the local and global levels.

Achieving the name was one of the key objectives set under the Vision 21 pillar, which is our business transformation programme, as part of our wider groups Get Wonky culture, a business improvement culture expanded to provide all employees with a comprehensive work situation and assure they deliver service excellence to customers, and we are gratified to have accomplished it ahead of time. We thank CAI for the honour, and we give our latest success with the team whose hard work and dedication have made this milestone possible, Rowlands added.

Community control organisations with AAMC certification are viewed positively in the marketplace, thanks to CAIs rigorous criteria. To get the accreditation, CAI requires a minimum of three years of expertise in producing community association management services, based on client confirmation; a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designee as the companys senior manager; and a staff of whom 50 per cent of managers who have remained in the company for at least two years and hold a professional manager credential, among others.

Now that we hold the AAMC accreditation, we are further encouraged to build not only a lively community but a sustainable one where asset value is protected and where residents can lead the kind of life they want.
