Salik Company PJSC has partnered with the Dubai Charity Association to support orphans by providing Eid clothing vouchers, helping children celebrate Eid Al Fitr with joy and dignity.
The initiative aims to create a positive and uplifting festive experience for children, allowing them to choose their own Eid outfits. It reflects a shared commitment to promoting compassion, solidarity, and social responsibility, while supporting the UAE’s designation of 2026 as the Year of the Family.
Through this collaboration, Salik distributed vouchers to orphans registered with the Dubai Charity Association, empowering them to prepare for the celebrations with confidence and independence.
Ibrahim Sultan Al Haddad, Chief Executive Officer of Salik, emphasized that the company’s role goes beyond mobility services. He noted that the initiative reinforces Salik’s commitment to community wellbeing, supporting meaningful social programmes that strengthen cohesion and uplift those in need.
Ahmed Al Suwaidi, Executive Director of Dubai Charity Association, highlighted the importance of collaboration between the private sector and charitable organisations. He said the initiative not only brings joy to children ahead of Eid but also promotes the values of giving and compassion across society.
The initiative aligns with broader national efforts to strengthen family bonds and social cohesion, reinforcing the UAE’s vision for inclusive community development. It also reflects Salik’s ongoing focus on delivering tangible social impact and contributing to the country’s wider social development agenda.
By supporting vulnerable groups and fostering partnerships, the collaboration demonstrates how corporate and charitable entities can work together to enhance quality of life and build stronger communities.
