Sharjah Islamic Bank launches third edition of Zoud programme as part of Golden Jubilee celebrations
Sharjah Islamic Bank (SIB) has announced the launch of the third edition of “Zoud”, its salary transfer programme, as part of the bank’s Golden Jubilee celebrations and ongoing efforts to deliver value-driven banking experiences for customers across the UAE.
The latest edition of the programme continues SIB’s focus on strengthening long-term customer relationships through banking solutions designed to recognize and reward individuals contributing to the country’s growth and development.
Initially introduced in partnership with the Sharjah Government Human Resources Department, Zoud has evolved into a nationwide initiative open to employees from both the public and private sectors.
The programme is available to individuals earning a minimum monthly salary of AED 5,000, expanding accessibility to a wider customer base across the country.
Under the new campaign, customers who transfer their salaries to SIB will have the opportunity to enter promotional draws offering rewards valued at up to AED 20,000, in addition to access to benefits across selected financing and banking products.
The campaign will remain active until 30 September 2026.
This edition introduces an expanded package of incentives, including financing offers such as Personal Finance for liability transfer starting from 2.49% fixed per annum and Car Finance starting from 1.69% fixed per annum.
Customers may also increase their participation opportunities through selected banking activities and eligible products, including Personal Finance, Car Finance, Home Finance, Covered Cards, salary transfers, and qualifying retail spending transactions.
Commenting on the launch, Nabil Abou Alwan, Head of Retail Banking at Sharjah Islamic Bank, said the initiative reflects the bank’s approach of creating value that extends beyond traditional financial services.
He noted that the programme is designed to recognize individuals and families who have made the UAE their home while supporting customers throughout different stages of their financial journey.
Through initiatives such as Zoud, SIB continues to position itself as a customer-focused financial institution committed to delivering rewarding experiences and strengthening long-term relationships across the UAE banking sector.
