Dalma Mall, one of Abu Dhabi's largest retail and shopping destinations, has been awarded the Platinum Impact Seal, the UAE's highest federal recognition for excellence in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainability.

The prestigious award was presented by His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, during a high-profile ceremony at Qasr Al Watan. The event coincided with the launch of the UAE Companies for Good 2031 Strategy, a national initiative aimed at building a resilient and sustainable impact economy.

The Platinum Impact Seal, issued by Majra (the National CSR Fund), serves as the UAE's highest federal benchmark for organisations demonstrating excellence in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices, CSR initiatives, contributions to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and measurable, long-term impact aligned with the country's national priorities.

Accepting the award on behalf of Dalma Mall, Hamad Jassim Al Darwish described the recognition as a shared achievement for the mall's stakeholders, including customers, retailers, business partners, employees, suppliers, owners, and the wider UAE community.

"We are honoured to receive this prestigious recognition and believe it belongs to all our stakeholders—our customers, retailers, retail groups, partners, employees, suppliers, owners, peers, and the wider UAE community," he said.

He added that true success is measured not only by business achievements but by the lasting positive impact organisations create for communities, the environment, and the nation's future.

The recognition places Dalma Mall among a select group of organisations leading the UAE's transition towards a responsible, sustainable, and impact-driven economy through strong governance, social responsibility, and environmental stewardship.
