Pinpoint Fitness Expands Youth Obstacle Training Model to Abu Dhabi and Nairobi

Pinpoint Fitness has announced a strategic expansion with the launch of two new branches in Abu Dhabi and Nairobi, marking its entry into the UAE capital and its first international franchise.

The new Abu Dhabi facility, located at Deerfields Mall, strengthens the brand’s footprint within the UAE, while the Nairobi branch represents a major milestone in global expansion, introducing its specialised youth fitness model to East Africa.

Focus on Structured Youth Development

Founded in Dubai, Pinpoint Fitness has built its reputation on a training philosophy centred around “accuracy before speed”, focusing on technical precision, structured progression, and purposeful coaching. Its programmes use obstacle-based training and parkour techniques to help children and teenagers develop physical strength, coordination, and confidence.

The brand currently operates three established branches in Dubai and has seen growing demand for its step-by-step training approach, which prioritises measurable progress over intensity.

Inclusive Training for All Children

A key differentiator of the Pinpoint model is its emphasis on inclusive development. Classes are designed to support children of varying abilities, including those with neurodiverse needs such as autism. The programmes aim to enhance focus, spatial awareness, and social engagement within a safe and supportive environment.

Parents have reported noticeable improvements in their children’s self-regulation, confidence, and everyday behaviour, reinforcing the programme’s broader developmental impact.

Dual Growth Strategy

According to Samer Hijazi, the expansion reflects a clear vision to scale a proven model globally.

The Abu Dhabi launch represents a regional growth step, extending services to families across the Emirates. Meanwhile, the Nairobi franchise signals the start of a scalable international expansion strategy, leveraging partnerships to bring its training methodology to new markets.

Building a Global Youth Fitness Network

With its entry into Kenya, Pinpoint Fitness is laying the foundation for a global network of youth training centres, delivering programmes that combine physical, cognitive, and social development.

Both new locations will follow the same core mission: providing progressive, safe, and impactful movement-based training tailored to help children build lifelong skills through structured fitness.
