Khor Fakkan Municipality Orders Boat Relocation from Three Marina Berths by October 28
Khor Fakkan Municipality has announced the relocation of boats from the first three berths on the boat landing side of Khor Fakkan Marina to Al Lulu’iyah Marina, setting October 28, 2026, as the deadline for compliance.
The municipality instructed all marine vessel owners and users of the affected berths to vacate the spaces and move their boats to the designated marina before the deadline.
Non-compliance Could Lead to Further Action
In its announcement, the municipality warned that necessary measures would be taken after October 28 against those who fail to comply with the relocation instructions.
The notice applies to the first three berths on the boat landing side of Khor Fakkan Marina, with Al Lulu’iyah Marina designated as the relocation destination.
Boat owners and berth users have been urged to complete the move within the specified timeframe to avoid potential consequences.
