Salesforce launches Headless 360 in Middle East to power AI-driven enterprise operations
Salesforce has announced the regional launch of Salesforce Headless 360, a new platform capability designed to enable enterprises in the Middle East to build and deploy AI-powered experiences without relying on traditional user interfaces.
The launch marks a shift in enterprise software architecture, allowing organisations to access Salesforce functionality directly through Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools, and Command Line Interface (CLI) commands. This enables both developers and AI agents to interact with data, workflows, and business logic in real time.
Headless 360 introduces a suite of capabilities tailored to organisations accelerating AI adoption. These include more than 60 new MCP tools and 30 preconfigured coding skills, offering development teams seamless integration with widely used platforms such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex.
A key component of the platform is the Agentforce Experience Layer, which separates backend agent functionality from the user interface, allowing interactive components to be deployed across multiple environments, including Slack, mobile applications, and MCP-compatible systems.
To ensure reliability and control, the platform also includes governance and testing tools such as Testing Center, Custom Scoring Evaluations, Agent Script, and the Agent Fabric control plane. These tools provide enterprises with enhanced observability and oversight when deploying AI agents at scale.
According to Salesforce, the platform is built on its existing infrastructure, enabling organisations to deploy AI agents that inherit established permissions, compliance frameworks, and integrations without requiring system redesign.
Mohammed AlKhothani, Area Vice President for the Middle East at Salesforce, said the launch aligns with the region’s growing focus on large-scale digital transformation. “Headless 360 provides the foundation organisations need to deploy AI agents with confidence, combining data, workflows, and trust into a unified system,” he said.
The platform is further supported by AgentExchange, Salesforce’s unified marketplace, which offers access to over 10,000 Salesforce applications, 2,600 Slack applications, and more than 1,000 AI agent tools and services. These include integrations with global technology providers such as Google, DocuSign, and Notion.
Salesforce confirmed that Headless 360 capabilities are now generally available in the Middle East, with additional features, including Testing Center and Salesforce Catalog, expected to roll out in 2026.
The launch reinforces the region’s position as a hub for advanced digital transformation, as enterprises increasingly adopt AI-driven platforms to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
