Rotana today announced that it will open two new properties in Istanbul next month, marking the brands maiden foray into the Turkish market. The Burgu Arjaan by Rotana and Tango Arjaan by Rotana will officially open their doors to guests on 1st of June 2015, adding a total of 318 keys to Rotanas existing 13,359strong room count across the region.

The Burgu Arjaan by Rotana - divided into two connected towers will have a total of 162 key, while the Tango Arjaan by Rotana will be a 156-key hotel, from studios to one bedroom and two bedroom suites. The two hotels will share a host of vital facilities such as the lobby, lounge caf, business centre, restaurant, Fitness & Wellness Club, indoor and outdoor pools and landscaped areas, as well as a number of meeting and conference rooms.
Building on its partnership with Dap-Yapi, Rotana has signed agreements for two new properties with the Turkish group the Dalga Residences by Rotana and Vazo Residences by Rotana increasing its portfolio in the country to 6 hotels. The upmarket residences to be located in Maltepe will add a further 272 keys to Rotanas existing inventory.
