Robo.ai Strengthens UAE Presence with New Executive Leadership Team at Neurovia AI

Robo.ai Inc. (NASDAQ: AIIO) has announced a series of senior executive appointments at its UAE subsidiary, Neurovia AI, strengthening its local leadership team as the company prepares for large-scale commercial deployment of its AI-powered visual data processing and compression platform.

Effective immediately, Khalifa Mohammed Alshehhi has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, Ziad Shaltuni as Chief Growth Officer, and Ahmed Alhashmi as Chief Marketing Officer.

The appointments follow Robo.ai's acquisition of Neurovia AI and represent a significant milestone in establishing a UAE-based leadership team to support the company's expansion across government and enterprise markets.

Since joining Robo.ai, Neurovia AI has launched its flagship NeuroStream™ platform, completed live technical validation at the 9th International Exhibition for National Security and Resilience (ISNR 2026), and participated as an official partner at the 3rd Government Cybersecurity Summit and the 2026 UAE Data Center Infrastructure & Cloud Summit.

Combined with the company's earlier appointments of a Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer, the new executive team completes the core leadership structure needed to accelerate commercial growth in the region.

Benjamin Zhai, Chief Executive Officer of Robo.ai, said Neurovia AI plays a central role in the company's broader artificial intelligence software strategy.

"Neurovia AI is a cornerstone of Robo.ai's AI software strategy. We believe that a leadership team with deep expertise in government and enterprise engagement, telecommunications infrastructure, commercial growth, and brand development across the Gulf region is essential to transitioning the NeuroStream™ platform from technical validation to large-scale commercial deployment."

He added that the newly established leadership team provides Neurovia AI with the organisational capabilities required to pursue major government and enterprise opportunities throughout the region.

The appointments reinforce Robo.ai's commitment to expanding its footprint in the UAE's rapidly growing artificial intelligence ecosystem while supporting digital transformation initiatives across public and private sector organisations.
