Parkin Introduces Paid Parking in Dubai Healthcare City Phase 2
Parkin Company has announced the rollout of paid parking tariffs in Dubai Healthcare City Phase 2, introducing a new regulated parking zone for motorists in the area.
The newly activated public parking falls under Code 326G, with clearly marked signboards indicating designated parking spaces. Fees have been set at Dh4 per hour, applicable from Monday to Saturday between 8:00am and 10:00pm.
During the holy month of Ramadan, parking timings will be adjusted, operating in two intervals: 8:00am to 6:00pm and 8:00pm to midnight.
The move is part of Parkin’s broader strategy to regulate parking across Dubai, improve accessibility, and manage demand in high-traffic areas.
Earlier, the company also introduced paid parking in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), where tariffs came into effect in March 2026. In JVC, parking charges apply daily, including weekends and public holidays, with rates set at Dh4 per hour from 8:00am to 5:00pm and Dh6 per hour from 5:00pm to midnight. Parking remains free between midnight and 8:00am.
The expansion of paid parking zones reflects Dubai’s continued efforts to enhance urban mobility, optimise parking availability, and support infrastructure planning across key residential and commercial districts.
