Parkin Expands Developer Parking Portfolio Through Strategic Binghatti Partnership

Parkin Company PJSC has entered into a multi-year agreement with Binghatti Holding Ltd to expand its developer parking portfolio across key residential and mixed-use communities in Dubai.

Under the agreement, Parkin will operate approximately 1,200 parking spaces across selected Binghatti developments located in Jumeirah Village Circle, Al Jaddaf, and Business Bay. The initiative aligns with Parkin’s broader strategy to strengthen its presence in the developer parking segment and grow its managed parking footprint across the emirate.

As part of the collaboration, all parking facilities will be fully integrated into the Parkin mobile application, enabling customers to access and manage services through a unified digital platform. Users will be able to book both short-term and long-term parking, including the purchase of seasonal passes.

The integration is designed to enhance customer convenience while optimising the use of existing and underutilised parking assets. It also supports improved mobility for residents and visitors by streamlining parking access and management.

The rollout is expected to begin towards the end of Q2 2026 and will involve the implementation of Parkin’s advanced parking technologies across approximately 30 locations. This will enable seamless vehicle entry, parking, and exit across all participating developments.

Mohamed Abdulla Al Ali, Chief Executive Officer of Parkin, said the partnership marks a key milestone in the company’s expansion strategy, highlighting the growing demand for technology-driven parking solutions in Dubai. He emphasised that the collaboration will deliver a more efficient and user-friendly parking experience while contributing to smarter urban mobility.
