O Gold and Botim Launch MENA’s First Fintech Gold Investment Feature
O Gold, the UAE’s first Emirati app for fractional gold and silver ownership, has announced the launch of a pioneering gold investment feature in partnership with Botim, Astra Tech’s leading AI-powered fintech platform.
The collaboration, stemming from a 2023 agreement, marks the first time a fintech platform in the UAE integrates digital gold investment directly into its ecosystem. Through this partnership, Botim users can now buy, sell, and manage digital gold starting from as little as 0.1 grams within the app.
The feature also introduces a Gold Earning Program, offering users an annual yield of 3% on their holdings, benchmarked against global lease rates. This move is set to make gold investment more accessible and appealing to millions across the region.
