Nord Lifestyle Development, a boutique luxury real estate developer under Goldfield Holding, has officially unveiled HENGE Residences, a landmark AED 500 million project located on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi. In collaboration with the renowned Italian design house HENGE, the project introduces the first-ever branded HENGE residences in the UAE capital, redefining luxury living through artistry and craftsmanship.

Blending contemporary elegance with curated comfort, HENGE Residences is a limited-edition collection of ten-storey branded homes. Each residence features interiors and furnishings meticulously crafted by HENGE’s master artisans, offering residents a truly immersive experience in artisanal living. Every detail, from bespoke furniture to premium material finishes, embodies HENGE’s globally acclaimed design ethos.

Strategically located within Saadiyat Island’s vibrant Marina District, and just 20 minutes from Downtown Abu Dhabi, the project offers seamless access to cultural landmarks such as the Saadiyat Cultural District and NYU Abu Dhabi.

Comprising 166 units — including studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as two exclusive duplexes — HENGE Residences spans over 400,000 sqft of build-up area. Prices start from AED 1.1 million for studios, AED 1.9 million for one-bedroom units, AED 3.5 million for two-bedroom units, and AED 4.7 million for three-bedroom residences. Sales have officially commenced through Nord’s direct channels and accredited brokers, with completion scheduled for Q1 2028.

Residents will benefit from a curated range of lifestyle amenities, including 24/7 security, a padel court, a health club with sauna and steam rooms, temperature-controlled swimming pools, smart home automation, concierge services, and indoor and outdoor play areas. Interiors feature premium natural materials such as marble, sintered stone, and wood, reflecting the project’s commitment to craftsmanship and authenticity.
