NMDC and ADNOC L&S sign three-year collaboration agreement to boost offshore development in Abu Dhabi
NMDC Group PJSC (“NMDC Group”) (ADX: NMDC), a global leader in engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), and marine dredging, has signed a three-year collaboration agreement with ADNOC Logistics and Services Plc (ADNOC L&S) (ADX: ADNOCLS / ISIN AEE01268A239), a global energy maritime logistics company, to deliver maritime services for offshore projects in Abu Dhabi.
The agreement, signed at NMDC’s headquarters by Engineer Yasser Zaghloul, Group CEO of NMDC Group, and Captain Abdulkareem Al Masabi, CEO of ADNOC L&S, builds on the long-standing partnership between the two companies. It establishes a framework for enhanced collaboration in offshore EPC projects, focusing on marine services and integrated logistics, while supporting Abu Dhabi’s growing offshore energy sector.
