MoHESR and DEWA Collaborate to Align Scholarship Programme with National Priorities

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MoHESR) has partnered with Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) to enhance the scholarship programme for Emirati students, ensuring alignment with the UAE’s national priorities. This collaboration aims to equip students with advanced knowledge and skills, enabling them to meet evolving labour market demands and excel in strategic sectors.

The agreement, signed at DEWA's headquarters in Dubai, was officiated by His Excellency Dr. Abdulrahman Abdulmannan Al Awar, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation and Acting Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and His Excellency Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD & CEO of DEWA. Senior officials from both organisations attended the signing ceremony.
