AJEX Logistics Services Partners with Chapman Freeborn to Enhance Saudi Arabia’s Aviation and Logistics Sectors

AJEX Logistics Services, a Middle Eastern leader in express distribution and shipping solutions, has announced a strategic partnership with Chapman Freeborn, a global aircraft charter and aviation support company. The collaboration is set to bolster aviation and cargo services across Saudi Arabia, reflecting the nation’s rapid advancements in its aviation and logistics sectors.

The agreement was signed in Riyadh by Mohammed Albayati, CEO of AJEX Logistics Services, and Gerhard Coetzee, Vice President Cargo at Chapman Freeborn IMEA, in the presence of Hassan Abdelnour, Country Manager at Chapman Freeborn Saudi Arabia.

Under the partnership, the two companies will collaborate to offer comprehensive aircraft charter services for both cargo and passengers. Additional services include airport ground and cargo handling, as well as the management of special cargo projects, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.

Chapman Freeborn, established in 1973, brings decades of expertise in global aircraft charter services, complementing AJEX’s robust regional presence. This alliance promises enhanced operational capabilities and improved service offerings, catering to the growing demands of Saudi Arabia’s logistics sector.

Supporting Saudi Vision 2030
The collaboration aligns with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 initiative, which seeks to transform Saudi Arabia into a global logistics and aviation hub. Key goals include increasing annual passenger numbers to 330 million, connecting to over 250 destinations from 29 airports, and expanding air freight capacity to 4.5 million tons annually by 2030.
