To mark the 43rd anniversary of the founding of the United Arab Emirates as a federation, the Ministry of State for Federal National Council organized a National Day celebration at the St. Regis Hotel on Abu Dhabi Corniche.

The ceremony was attended by His Excellency Tariq Hilal Lootah, Undersecretary of the Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs; H.E. Dr. Saeed Al Ghafli, the Assistant of Undersecretary for Federal National Council Affairs; and H.E. Sami Bin Adi, the Assistant of Undersecretary for Institutional Support Services; in addition to department heads and staff in the ministry.

Speaking on the occasion, H.E. Tariq Hilal Lootah said: National Day presents an opportunity to look at the achievements and prosperity of our country over the past four decades, which are a source of pride for every citizen. Led by our visionary leadership, the UAE has become a model for development and has enhanced its position on the international stage.

H.E. Tariq Hilal Lootah added: This national event is a call for every citizen to renew their loyalty to their homeland and contribute to the ongoing development activities in the country in line with the expectations of our leadership, who have placed their trust on the people and provided all the means for their empowerment.

The celebration included a range of activities during which the ministry staff expressed their commitment to working for the development of the country and its citizens.
