As the first financial institution in the UAE to implement a managed service provider (MSP) model powered by SAP Fieldglass, Mashreq continues to demonstrate its commitment to industry-first innovations. This strategic initiative highlights the bank’s dedication to technological advancement and maintaining its reputation as a regional leader in financial services.

The end-to-end system provides greater transparency and control at every stage, aligning with the bank’s financial, regulatory, and customer service objectives.
Mohamed Abdel Razek, Group Head of Technology, Transformation & Information at Mashreq, emphasized the technological benefits of the initiative: “SAP Fieldglass seamlessly integrates into our existing cloud infrastructure and delivers data-driven insights to monitor and manage our contingent workforce effectively. This partnership reinforces our ability to deliver consistent quality and adapt dynamically to market needs.”
The collaboration underscores SAP’s role as a trusted partner in delivering scalable MSP solutions tailored to the unique requirements of the UAE market.
