Lycée Français International Georges Pompidou (LFIGP) has signed a three-year partnership with ENGIE Solutions Middle East to enhance facilities management and operational efficiency across its campuses in Dubai’s Academic City and Oud Metha.

The collaboration introduces advanced hard facilities management services designed to create safer, more comfortable and more sustainable learning environments for students. Through the agreement, LFIGP will deploy ENGIE’s Smart O&M platform, enabling real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance and improved energy management across key building systems.

Graham Easton, Managing Director of ENGIE Solutions IFM GCC, said the partnership reflects the company’s focus on improving educational environments through innovation and sustainable facilities management solutions, ensuring uninterrupted learning within energy-efficient infrastructure.

LFIGP operates two major campuses in Dubai. The Academic City campus includes modern classrooms, science laboratories, sports facilities and cultural spaces across six main buildings, while the Oud Metha campus spans three blocks designed to support academic excellence and student development.

Under the agreement, ENGIE Solutions will manage critical infrastructure including HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, building fabric maintenance, and specialised services such as water tank cleaning and air-conditioning duct maintenance. A dedicated on-site team, supported by central specialists, will oversee daily operations.

The partnership also includes regular energy audits and performance reviews to identify sustainability improvements, helping LFIGP strengthen its environmental responsibility while maintaining high operational standards.

LFIGP said the collaboration supports its long-term vision of providing exceptional infrastructure to match its educational ambitions, ensuring students continue to benefit from world-class learning environments.
